One statement made which I am not sure whether it is accurate. Under the Solvency section "By law, a DB plan cannot be more than 110% funded." I tried to find additional resources that speak to this limit but could not. I believe my current db pension is 122% funded therefore I wasn't sure if this was accurate.

Any thoughts?
