Should this page be moved to lower case?

Any thoughts?

Most of the Canadian "registered" programs are the official name of the program, so it should stay as all capitals. When in doubt, check the Canada Revenue Agency's (CRA) website for the program in question. Peculiar Investor 11:17, 23 November 2013 (MST)

The CRA is inconsistent in its usage, as the title is capitalized, but the text is not. See: About Registered Disability Savings Plans (RDSPs). For the tie-breaker, I went to the French version: Régime enregistré d'épargne-invalidité (REEI), which is not capitalized in the title nor in the text. I suggest renaming the page.

This wiki is in English, but I was looking for a majority vote. --LadyGeek 13:16, 23 November 2013 (MST)

As someone aware of these registered plans, the most common reference is actually the acronym. However as we try to follow Manual of Style guidelines, the first use should be spelt out. Since we're used to seeing the acronym, I would suggest we therefore tend to capitalize the first use. Checking more of the CRA links, I've becoming less convinced on the need for all capitals. Common use probably dictates staying with capitals, Manual of Style suggests otherwise. Again no clear tie-break. I can live with either and suspect throughout finiki articles there is mixed use anyways. --Peculiar Investor 16:56, 23 November 2013 (MST)

Then let's leave the capitalization in place. --LadyGeek 15:02, 13 December 2013 (MST)
