- Common form

{{Empty section}}puts articles into Category:Articles to be expanded.
Parameters
- date
- (optional) If a date parameter is provided, as in the example above, then the page is put into a by-month subcategory instead. If the date is left out, a bot will add it later.
- section
- (optional) The name of the section to be edited. Note: The section's name must by typed with underscores instead of spaces.
- EXAMPLE: If the section's name is 2002: The Olympic Finals, the parameter would have to be typed as
section=2002:_The_Olympic_Finals.
- EXAMPLE: If the section's name is 2002: The Olympic Finals, the parameter would have to be typed as
- small
- (optional)
- Anything but 'left' = Uses an in-line default-sized message box.
- left (default) = Uses smaller left-aligned message box designed for the head of sections. (See Template:Ambox/doc#The small parameters )
