Expanding and improving this article

While doing some follow-up research caused by the recent FWF discussion of CDRs I found BMO's What is a Canadian Depositary Receipt? in their Learning Centre. On one hand it reads as very marketing driven to support why CDRs are great. However it does provide a pretty extensive coverage of the subject.
