Sure. I have added a "Cons" for renting the dwelling. Another "Cons" is that renting a property increases the complexity of your tax filings. This is true for US taxation (there are more forms to complete - renting is additional income and expenses), but I am not familiar with Canadian taxation. If renting a dwelling increases the complexity of taxation, I suggest this be added as a "Cons". LadyGeek 07:57, 21 October 2025 (EDT)
