Please help a Wiki newbie with comments on the formatting and the content of this page.

Start with ==Introduction==, end with {{Ref}} and [[Category:xxx]] if you know it. Put each header like ==This== with subheaders like ===That===. References are of the form <ref>Wikipedia, [http://www.wikipedia.com/Sex_and_the_single_girl How To for Newbies], viewed Feb. 21 2009.</ref> , and will show up at the bottom.
