Article namespace ready?

Is this article developed enough to be moved into the Article namespace as content? If not, what steps need to be taken to get it there? --Peculiar Investor 19:59, 7 February 2023 (UTC)

Not quite, the "real life" part is under-developed. --Quebec 19:29, 15 March 2023 (UTC)

Quote template

Hi LadyGeek, P_I has been doing some work on the quote templates, and templates in general, but there are still two lists, Article templates and Template index; these may need to be merged. And for the quote templates, I don't think that a 'final' decision decision has been made about which one(s) to use. At the moment, "Quote box" and "Quote frame" are still considered valid options (they are in the 1st list, whereas older templates have been taken out on January 16), and they do have nice boxes which makes the quote stand out much more than a simple indentation. Regards, --Quebec 19:29, 15 March 2023 (UTC)

Hi Quebec, yes I see those templates are still valid. The documentation pages for both Template:Quote box and Template:Quote frame suggest using {{Blockquote}}. However, we do not have to strictly follow Wikipedia. If you prefer the nice boxes, I certainly have no objection and have reverted the template back to {{Quote}}. --LadyGeek 11:42, 16 March 2023 (UTC)
According to Manual of Style guidelines for block quotations it says to format a long quote (more than about forty words or a few hundred characters, or consisting of more than one paragraph, regardless of length) as a block quotation. Therefore I have switched the template yet again and included additional parameters. --Peculiar Investor 13:39, 17 March 2023 (UTC)
